Digital train communication is a critical and, in some cases, safety-relevant component of modern railway infrastructure. We support railway operators and system suppliers in the further development of existing GSM-R systems as well as in the strategic and technical introduction of FRMCS.
Our focus lies in the development and optimization of end devices, embedded systems, and communication architectures for railway operational use.
GSM-R will remain a key element of operational voice and data communication until the full rollout of FRMCS. We therefore concentrate on the technical enhancement and security hardening of end devices.
